How to Report Infringement
If you believe your work has been uploaded to Kotobati without your authorization, please submit a formal DMCA notice containing the following information to ensure a swift resolution:

1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work (e.g., book title, ISBN, or link to the original publication).
2. Infringing Material: The direct URL(s) on Kotobati where the unauthorized content is located.
3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, phone number, and email address.
4. Statement of Authority: A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Important Notes:

• Publisher Agreements: Please verify that the content was not uploaded by your publisher or distributor under a valid license agreement with Kotobati.
• False Claims: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may subject you to liability for damages.
• Repeat Infringers: Kotobati strictly enforces a "three-strikes" policy. Accounts found to be repeatedly infringing copyrights will be permanently terminated.
