He is the author of a State Thesis on "L'idée de politesse dans les manuels de bienséance (XIXème et XXème siècles)" whose chairman of the jury was Jean Guitton .
He received the Grand Prix de philosophie from the Académie française and the Prix Psychologies-Fnac 2009 for his essay " pour mieux vivre".
